1. If the tracking information does not show the package as delivered (i.e., lost in transit), we will reship your order to a new address at no additional cost.
2. If the tracking status shows “Returned to Sender,” no refund or reshipment will be provided. To avoid this, please ensure that you use a correct and recognizable name when placing your order.
3. If tracking shows that the package was delivered or there was an attempted delivery at the provided address, no refund or reshipment will be issued. You can track your order with USPS informed delivery which shows where the package is, and the ETA of delivery. Alternatively, you can email us & we can provide you an update on your order.
