We offer shipping to all states within the United States, all orders are insured.

All our products get double vacuum bag sealed and even double boxed. We make 100% sure that your order to prevent any odors when shopping with us. We have never encountered issues with shipping our products. In the rare event of inspection, we include a decoy package to hide the actual contents.

The outer box is discreet and there is no identifiable information that someone would be able to tell what is inside.

If there is ever a problem with your order during transit, such as it being lost or undelivered, we will always reship your order.

However, we have never experienced any trouble with our parcels. USPS handles millions of packages daily and rarely inspects generic-looking packages.

Our packages are designed to blend in, appearing as standard clothing orders with no detectable odors.

You don’t need to sign for your package or be present when it arrives—it will be posted directly into your mailbox. If you do not have a mailbox, you will receive your parcel in the usual way you receive packages from USPS.

How we keep your information & order details secure

We store our servers in a secure location and have implemented safeguards to ensure customer data is protected. In the unlikely event that our servers are compromised, these safeguards will automatically destroy all customer data.

When you place an order, your information is immediately encrypted using PGP, ensuring that only Zelade, with our private key, can access the order details and delivery address. This level of encryption is comparable to military-grade security, making it virtually impossible for anyone else to access your sensitive information, even if our servers were compromised.

Additionally, customer order information is automatically erased from our server 3 days after delivery. This timeframe allows us to address any issues or complaints, but once 3 days have passed, your data is permanently deleted, assuming you are satisfied with your order.

We deliver to across the entire United States and United Kingdom. Customers can easily check out their desired products on our online store. Once you have completed your order, our dedicated team will pack your orders securely in our warehouse. We ensure discreet, unlabelled packages that are vacuum-sealed to prevent any smell. We have still not had an issue with posting orders, usually if there is an issue and it has been inspected, the shipping carrier will destroy the package – in this case, we will reship at no extra cost to you. You don’t need to sign for your package or be present – it will be posted through your letterbox/mailbox. If you do not have a letterbox/mailbox, you will receive your parcel in the usual way you receive parcels. Our shipping method is via standard shipping couriers – it is the same as ordering items online (such as shoes, clothes, etc). The only difference is that our products are different. If you select our free shipping option, the order will generally take 2-5 days to deliver. Our priority shipping option will deliver your goods 1-2 days after it has been shipped.
